  • Tracking: After your vehicle is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. You will be notified of major updates, such as when your vehicle arrives at a local port or distribution center.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and vehicle size. The total cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on your country's regulations.

Returns Policy

At JD Auto Mall, we aim to provide complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of automotive transactions, we adhere to the following return and refund guidelines:

  • Vehicle Condition: Vehicles are inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure quality. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately and provide photo evidence within 48 hours.

  • Returns Process: If your vehicle arrives damaged or does not match the specifications you ordered, we offer a return or exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Vehicles must be returned in the original condition in which they were delivered.
